Where do the additives come from? Is there a difference between mineral and synthetics? Hands-On Hybrid Transaxle Diagnosis

Many hybrid transaxle faults can be isolated quickly and accurately, without special tools. In this seminar, we’ll practice diagnosing such issues as well as more complex issues, using actual failures. Students will learn about scan data, shudder tests, mechanical issues, and motor testing, as well as some of the specialized tests unique to hybrid transaxles. We’ll present case studies of hybrid transaxle faults that have been correctly diagnosed and repaired by shops around the country.
