Cancellation Policy If you prepay but can’t attend, you may send a substitute. Full refunds are issued if you contact ATRA, in writing, no later than 15 days before the seminar. There will be no refunds after 15 days prior to the seminar. From then until 15 days after the seminar you may request a credit toward a future seminar or a manual (in the same calendar year) in lieu of a refund. All returned checks will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
