Robert Sproule

My name is Robert Sproule, and I serve as the Senior Data & IT Program Manager for the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA). Since joining ATRA in 2013, I've had the privilege of serving in several roles that have allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of our association and the needs of our members. I began in Membership Services, where I focused on member growth, retention, and customer support, before moving into Technical Services, working closely with members to provide technical assistance and support. Today, I lead ATRA's technology, data, and digital initiatives.

In my current role, I oversee our technology infrastructure, membership systems, website administration, data management, business intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects. I also work across every department to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen member engagement, and expand the resources and services we provide. One area I'm especially passionate about is leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to make technical information and educational resources more accessible and valuable to our members.

With more than 25 years of leadership, technology, and operations experience, I believe the best solutions come from listening, collaborating, and continuously looking for ways to improve. I'm proud to be part of an organization that has supported the transmission industry for more than 70 years, and I'm committed to helping ensure ATRA continues to provide the highest level of education, technical resources, and member service for years to come.
